Good Shepherd Sunday

'I am the Good Shepherd. I know my own, and my own know me....and I lay down my life for the sheep'.
(Jn. 10-14)

Always keep in mind - it's not what you know, it's who you know. Do you know him?

It's been a funny old week, all things considered. I've had a lot to think about, but don't worry, over the years I have become an expert at taking one day at a time, and something tells me I'll be thinking for a long time yet before I cast caution to the wind!

Once again I have been amazed and encouraged by all your comments. I am left speechless, really (and that doesn't happen often). So, because it's Sunday, I will leave you with a prayer for all of you, that this week you will have:

Enough happiness to keep you sweet.
Enough trials to keep you strong.
Enough sorrow to keep you human.
Enough hope to keep you happy.
Enough failure to keep you humble.
Enough success to keep you eager.
Enough friends to give you comfort.
Enough wealth to meet your needs.
Enough enthusiasm to make you look forward to tomorrow,
and enough determination to make each day better than the
day before.

God Bless.

Thanks Jackie. You know you have our prayers too. You're wise enough by now to know to take it one day at a time as you say. And if that is too long, an hour at a time.

Until then, I've tagged you! So there - in case you had nothing to fill your time with you know!

And I haven't forgotten your tag. That one will take a bit of time and I am in trouble for blogging whilst the dinner burnt so I'll get on to it later. ;0/

Husband CAN cook. Sometimes WON'T cook. lol

I haven't had a good day, today, so that is a really timely reminder that not every day will be good and that it is the same for everyone. Tomorrow could be better. Oh! Could also be worse, I suppose¬

Isa. says The lord will lead His sheep like a flock and carry the young ones in His bosom.

Thank you for the prayer.
