Tag, you're it!

I've been tagged by Misslionheart

Here's the rules:

1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages).
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five people.

Well, here's the nearest book:

Hang on while I get the reading glasses....page 123...fifth sentence....next three sentences:

'You shouldn't have got pregnant'.
'I didn't intend to'.
'You were talking about it'.

You have no idea how much I hope this is not a prophetic post.

And I have received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Carolyn:

I am passing these on to Adrienne, who is living proof that whining will get you everywhere!Make sure you put them in water Adrienne. If you let them die you're not getting any more!

You know, I was tagged and did this about a year ago. This time I'm reading Pillars of the Earth, so it may be very interesting what I find.

Thank you for tagging me and I'll get to this - this is a fun one.

Not sure when though. I have a crazy weekend coming up with our little Avery being born early Monday morning, so I may incorporate this into my Sunday post.

I was feeling so bad for being a whiner that I passed this wonderful new award out to many people who enrich my life.

...and, I'll even do this meme again. My closest book was Christian prayer (Liturgy of the hours)not, I might add, that I am so wonderful at praying the hours but because Father V. had a post about it and I thought I should get out my copy and put it next to my dining room table Bible.

"Merciful, ever-living God, you desire all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of your truth. We thank you for giving your only-begotten Son to the world, let the whole world rejoice in his birth. You sent him to proclaim the good news to the poor, to announce release to captives and to proclaim a time of favor, ---grant freedom and peace to mankind.

Amen to that!!

I reached your blog by blog hopping so can't tell you how I stumbled upon it, though glad I did. But do not get this meme at all. I was tagged for it and at hand were "The Karate Princess to the Rescue" (too slim, too dull) or the Nokia manual, page 123 (or whatever it is) being in Swedish and of doubtful use.
